When choosing the ideal igniter, there are two factors to consider. The first one is the product's physical size - can it fit perfectly in your grill? The second factor is the rated power and voltage. Different grills and smokers require ignitors with varying power and voltage. While the most common one is 120V-240W, some models require ignitors with different rated power and voltage, such as 12V, 100W, 200W, etc.

You can simply provide us with an image of the product label that contains the "Brand name", "Model Number", "Rated Power", and "Rated Voltage" of your grill. ORDER & SHIPPING
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include your tracking number and other order status details. If you did not receive an order confirmation email, make sure to check your junk mail folder.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Shanghai within 1-3 business days upon order confirmation and payment. The shipment arrival date depends on the shipping option selected when placing your order. Please note that shipment delays may occur if customs clearance or inspection is required, or if there are transportation delays caused by the carrier service.

We accept order cancellations before the product is processed and shipped to the logistics facility.
If the order is canceled, you will receive a refund minus a 5% transaction fee. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped, as it is already on its way to you
